Need a second chance? If you fall behind, we will train you FREE for up to 2 extra weeks to help move you toward your goal.

How It Works & Rules

  1. Register for the Program
    Sign up for the LOSE 10+ POUNDS – $48 program through our Events Page .
  2. Set Your Goal with Us
    At or before your first class, we’ll help you set a realistic personal goal (for most people this is 10+ pounds of weight loss over the full program, combined with improved mobility and strength).
  3. Attend 8 Classes in 4 Weeks
    You’ll complete 8 classes total (an average of 2 per week) from our approved list of class styles for this program.
    Note: Tomorrow’s class counts if you start then.
  4. Stay in Communication
    Check in with our team each week so we can celebrate your progress, answer questions, and help you adjust as needed.
  5. Second Chance Option
    If you miss classes or haven’t made the progress you hoped for by the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll give you up to 2 additional weeks of training FREE (from the date we schedule together) to help keep you moving toward your goal.
  6. Basic Eligibility
    This program is for adults ages 18+ who are medically cleared for light to moderate exercise. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before participating.
