Please come freshly showered, as you must remove your shoes at the door of the studio.

No cologne or perfume, as these can transfer to the equipment we want to keep nice for everyone.

You will be provided a 7' x 30" yoga mat, two foam blocks, and a foam roller log that you may use during the event.

We offer low cost snacks and drinks, and bottled water is only $1.
